OCEAN PLAZA ON DEERFIELD BEACH
Ocean front six story building on Deerfield Beach consisting of 56 units including condominiums with six (6) penthouses and fourteen two story townhouses. The project was started in 2001 and turned over to the association in 2004. Construction financing was provided by Commerce Bank and First Union Bank for the mezzanine debt.
Fifteen story condo/hotel located 250 feet on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway just North of Oakland Park Blvd on Fort Lauderdale Beach. There are 105 hotel suites ( located floors 6 thru 10 ) and 24 Condominiums located on floors 11th thru 15 including 8 penthouses on the last two floors.
Separate elevators and parking were provided for hotel guests and condominium owners. The project was started in 2004 and completed in 2007. Construction financing was provided by Key Bank and Mezzanine Financing by Sage Crest Capital.
